Selected for release via Steam Greenlight

LOS ANGELES, CALIF. AND BELLEVUE, WASH., August 30, 2013

Turn-Based, Squad-Level Strategy Video Game Selected for Distribution via Top PC Gaming Service

WARMACHINE: Tactics, the turn-based, squadlevel strategy video game for PC and Mac currently in development by WhiteMoon Dreams, was selected by Steam users for distribution on the popular PC gaming service as part of Valve’s Greenlight program. Based on the award-winning tabletop miniatures battle game WARMACHINE by Privateer Press, Inc., the video game will include an offline single-player campaign featuring an incredible storyline with characters new to the WARMACHINE saga plus synchronous and asynchronous online multiplayer battles for head-to-head combat.

Due for release in 2014, WARMACHINE: Tactics recently completed a successful fundraising campaign on

Kickstarter, where it exceeded its $550,000 goal by drawing more than $1.5 million in contributions.

"WhiteMoon Dreams is incredibly excited by the overwhelming approval and demand we've seen for WARMACHINE: Tactics by the Steam community," said WhiteMoon Dreams CEO Jay Koottarappallil. "Having our game available through the top distribution platform for PC games means WARMACHINE: Tactics will enjoy the support of a thriving audience from the moment it launches."
